Coast Guard or Army? That's the only thing I can think of in Destin. Also if you like your mossy oak seat covers give marathon seat covers a look, they have all the big brand camo patterns and they fit like factory covers.

Air Force actually! We're going to Eglin afb, just over the bridge fron Destin, next to Fort Walton beach. Thank you for the info on the seat covers! I'm hoping these last a long time before I get more lol, but I'll keep those in mind for the future.

I didn't correlate Eglin being that close to Destin. That's a great area of the Florida pan handle. I'm in Daphne and work at CG Sector Mobile/Brookley Field

Just did the timing belt, spark plugs, and oil change on my 04 v8 4runner 4x4. Not as hard as it seems!

You got that look. I like the all white stickers and how you stacked them on one side. I go for symmetry but I like your asymmetrical approach with that. It's different from the norm!

mileage without kayak(s): 16 around town 'cause I take it easy; on the hwy, if I keep it in the 65 mph area then it bumps up to 18 ~ 19 but then begins to drop off as I pick it up.

With the boat(s) on top its in the 15 ~ 16 area on the hwy if I stay in the 65 mph area. If I have far to go I put the boats on a light weight kayak trailer so much less effect on mileage.

Hmm! I know I lost about .5mpg with the new tires. I'm running about 19.5 on pen and paper. Not bad for a big, loud, and lifted SUV with a 4.0 V6!!
