What did you do with your 4runner today?

so i post with day time running lights and headlights on and you guys comment on my "tire stud"

Ha yep..just couldn't resist. Cool mod though.

I also noticed a white glow from the lower, parking light spot...you throw an LED in there too? I had one in there last year but ended up taking mine out as the colors didn't match up with my otherwise factory lights.

Led part 2
Fresh blue leds everywhere, also new dei 629 board i took off the housing. Was going to do white, but that was not going to match the steering wheel cover scanner.

it was just to test and see what it would look like, might put them back in if i convert to hid's. doing the DRL mod may not seem like much but it lights p the sides of the road really well

Pretty boring, but I washed the exterior and and vacuumed the interior for the first time in 6 months. It really wasn't that bad, but then again, I live in South Florida and only do about 25 miles a day.

Also you pull the tensioner clockwise to release tension.

Plus getting to the idler bolts is much easier if you DON'T remove the AC compressor. Trust me on this. It's the biggest PITA in the world. Took me 6 hours to replace the damn AC compressor

Chiltons says the procedure for removing tensioner and pulley is remove belt, remove 3 bolts and replace
Hahaha
I already changed the tensioner pulley "pulley only" and idler and belt

But i bought 2 idler pulleys as chiltons said there were 2

Cant wait to swap out an alternator

Technically I didn't do anything yet, but I did get these in the mail today. Thanks Downsouth Motorsports! Still have to decide if I want to run my stock springs in the rear or the Moog FJ springs I have sitting around. I'm already at 36" in the rear stock and the front coilovers only add 2" and I'm at 33" in the front right now. I'll just have to experiment I guess.

Also got my center caps back from powdercoat.

This was yesterday, though never the less.
Helped my little sister get this 4R!! It's only 2WD, she doesn't need 4X4. 100k Miles, 06.

Is that ground to fender? I'm at 38.5 front and 40 rear on 32's... 3" lift my ass.

Alternator is easy (I have easy access with my bumper). It's the AC compressor that is a PITA
