Just clean it off. Or what exactly is it?
Just moisture from the engine not being able to be at operating temp long enough to burn it off.

Check your dipstick. That's what emulsified oil looks like (water and oil mixed).
What will my dipstick show?

Where are my headlights
worked on the 4runner & trailer today, getting ready for MOAB trip!
Just getting out of the ghetto hell hole I live in for a while. It's my spring break and decided to do a little road trip instead of the typical Punta Cana/Cancun etc.. Stopped in VA last night, Charleston today and am staying in Savannah, probably hit OBX on the way back

If the oil on your dipstick looks like that then you have water in your sump. It's most likely humidity / moisture, hopefully the rest of your oil doesn't look like that.
