I hooked up my snorkel...sorta the hole for the air box and where I put the inlet to the snorkel don't agree with each other but it's ok for now. Main thing I noticed was noise and lowwww intake temps. It was 82 outside and my intake temps were right at 84.

It is hard to find a tech that knows (or cares) about getting alignments correct on a lifted vehicle. The guy tat did ours at Chapel Hills was good, he did the FJ and 4Runner the same day.

Do you remember the guy that did yours? Was his name Jarrod?

I called and made a complaint to customer service and the manager from the Chapel Hills stored called me this morning and said they are having the machine calibrated today, so bring it back in.

Do you also remember the numbers by chance so I can argue with them that it can be done, I won't mention your name, just how my friend with a lift higher than mine and your store put his in spec so why can't you do mine??

april fools day convergence!!!,......the odds of this occuring naturally again anytime soon is slim :reddance:
parked @ work, dude with an 06 comes and parks, another dude with 04 sport completes the convergence!

have like 5 galactic gray trucks @ my work place, but we have never been able to achieve this.
think the 06 with satoshi is the coolest, followed by my 05 sr5 with plastidipped grille and spec d angeleyes, and then the 04 sport :lookout:

I used a scotchlock to disable my TPMS light, and I ran a switch inside the cab to disable the VSC, Traction, and VSC Traction with the flip of a switch. I don't usually attepmt electrical DIYs but these 2 were easy and cheap, I'm glad I did it myself.

Did a lot of little things today. I was in a good mood.

-removed adhesive from paper stickers on the windshield from when I went to Rausch Creek last
-cleaned the outside windshield with rubbing alcohol to remove the film left behind by orange rain-x wiper fluid
-cleaned all windows, inside and out
-took off more sticker residue
-tightened up my steering yoke to get rid of that really annoying slack/clanking, then finally reattached the plastic boot that goes around the steering shaft
-reinstalled the seat bolt covers
-removed the 40" bar from the roof. Too much wind noise. Going to redesign a new mounting method sometime
-threw out trash, reorganized the cargo area
-tightened aux reverse light brackets

There were a few other things, but I'm glad to get some stuff checked off the list!
