That's too funny - hope I have a better outcome with my kit! My only thought is did you torque the bolts to proper spec? If they were over-torqued or if the OEM body spacers have degraded, it may have been enough to compress some of the stock ones to the point where you had zero gain.

Other than that, I have no clue....

I relocated my washer bottle after I did my bodylift. It was ugly and sticking down in the way with my fancy new bumper.

I took measurements in the shop. my shop floor is not flat. it tilts to the middle.

I took measurements outside on flat level ground.

Today i took those measurements again in the same spot i took original measurements......i got 1/2" gain across the board HAHAHAHA

I've kept mine safe(-er) by sticking a Phillips screwdriver through the hole and tightening the bolt a little more so that it can't be loosened by hand.

Thanks man, it was a bear of an install and I found some nasty rot on my radiator support xmember by the driver tow hook, gonna have to talk to a fab shop about it.

I thought about adding loc tite and cranking them down a bit so you would need leverage to get them off too.

Looks real nice. I like it. where did you get a relay bank like that? Could you have used larger gauge wire in there? Looks like you are running 14?

I'd like to get one and then possibly make a bracket for it to mount to the drivers front frame rail.

They are Hella relay boxes. I got them off of Amazon, I am waiting on a matching fuse block, a circuit breaker and a bus bar to come in and I'll mount them on the passenger side of my engine bay using a bent piece of steel mounted to some provision holes I found. I will post pics and possibly do a write up when I'm done. Half of the relays are switched by the ignition and the others are to be operated by push button switches but only while the ignition circuit is active.

Edit: The wire is 16 awg, its all I require for my application. Anything larger would probably be too tight of a fit.

Just waiting until i recover from the icons purchase. My cousin just started as an estimator for a reputable shop locally. I've seen them go new for $200 ish so its not a huge hit on the wallet but would make a huge difference. Im debating on ordering glass fenders to paint all at once as well.

Changed out my crapola autolite iridium plugs to oem Denso's on my new to me 04 sport.

Also took out the carbon filter.
