ordered some PLCC-2 LEDs to "retouch" my instrument cluster.
Also ordered these babies for HVAC cluster: Going to see once and for all which is best for the 12V cluster mod. A reverse polarization mod will require the most light, but the HPs could be overkill..........we'll see .......................... with a little bit of help of course. :eyebrows: [MENTION=63211]emelianenkov[/MENTION]
NEOx LED Bulb. upto 2 lumens, 100 degree lighting angle.
NEOx High Power (HP) LED Bulb. upto 10 lumens, 120 degree lighting angle.
I bought the neo-X and could not get them to work nor fit properly.

The Neo-x (at least the HPs) MUST use 12V, otherwise they won't light. That's mentioned SOMEWHERE in darkie's thread (LED swap).
No doubt some modification will be needed to make them fit (shaving the base), etc etc.

Well bought 6 of them and just threw them away. I ordered new OEM bulbs to freshen everything up.

i would beg to differ
the lights going on are a sign of a bad wheel bearing...
the lights will not illuminate until i start to drive......
we shall see when i swap them out sometime
which i hope is before the wheel falls off
Put the new shop vac to work. I found a samsung charger block underneath my front passenger seat. It was stuck in the underside of the seat track. No idea how long its been there. I guess it belonged to the previous owner.
Also installed a new rear wiper blade on my wife's Rav4.

And its confirmed, the front output shaft seal is leaking.
is that coming out of the diff? here is the gasket kit for that about $28 for all the seals and gaskets
Bearing goes bad. air gap between sensor and reluctor varies/increases beyond being able to pick up signal.

Basically this is what happened to me. Just annoying that I fix one seal and another one starts up. I already got the new seal and nut.

Replaced the front brakes and the right caliper and since I brike a stud on each side I took them back apart and replaced them also.
The problem is the driver side still squeals and also squeals when I turn left some times.
I did not put any anti squeek grease on the pads so I will try that but I think I have a wheel bearing going bad on the drivers side
