Uninstalled my BudBuilt Hidden Winch mount in perpetration for a new bumper. It's getting shipped up to AR next week.

I would jump inline for the hidden winch mount you wont be using anymore but I am not a 401C company so your charitable contribution to me would not be tax deductible.

so with 15 psi on the firestone coil rite, im at 36 inches at the rear wheel well. with no air im at 35 inches.

I installed the Daystar 2.5/1.5 (new version) and a set of Light Racing UCA's. Very pleased with the stance and look forward to putting better tires on it. I have XREAS so I left the shocks on, but I had to disconnect the calipers since the lines had too much tension. I was needing to power flush the brakes anyway. The rear was a pain in the butt, it too went well. I had to disconnect one side of the sway bar to get the passenger side in.

My passenger side front axel slipped out, but I was able to slide it back in pretty easily. Love my 4th Gen so far!

CBI front bumper is on! I still have a bit of trimming to do, clean up some wiring, wire the winch after I clock the lever to the back, mount/wire my 20" LED bar, and will probably look into washer bottle relocation.

It took a bit of adjusting to get it to where I was happy with how it lines up with the body, but I feel I got it dialed in! After torquing down all of the bolts, I couldn't help but wonder if this is going to get pulled out of whack the first time I pull with the winch... I guess I'll find out at some point.

did you do a hi current relay for that second battery?
how about upgrading the primary battery to the same kind?
why did you opt for a second battery over a larger one in the oem location?

Yes, I'm using the tmax dual battery kit which comes with the solenoid and an in cabin battery monitor with controls. You can see the bracket i welded up for it to the right of the battery. No plans to upgrade the starting battery. The dual battery setup is better suited to my future build plans.

did you know you should be doing two batteries that are the same age, same capacity and same size. this way older battery will not discharge the newer one battery or vice versa. not doing so might negate the benefits of a dual battery setup.

Yes, I'm aware of potential adverse effects. The starting battery is maybe a year old and while it's not a deep cycle, the stats (cca, etc) between the 2 are very similar. I know the batteries can fight each other for charge but their age and size are similar. Thoughts?

I was on the fence about it and if I decide to do it I'll move my current starting battery to my mustang and get a matching battery.

i thought with a kit you didnt have to have matching batteries? thought it was only if you have them running in parallel all the time

Happen yesturday , had to run up to Alturas to drop of my daughter to moms house,

Got my azz kicked today
Swapped out spindles / dust seals / wheel bearings / tc ucas / rotors / brakes / calipers / brake lines
Was going to swap inner / outer tre's + lcas and coilovers but ran out of time and energy
So xtreas sucks
Got squirted in the eye when i tried to remover the hydraulic line and wrecked the new driveway
So that disaster will have to wait for another day

So after this my vsc off and trac lights are still lite up
So i will need to look into that

Also, installed an optima red top today to replace my dead battery and dropped the truck off for a new steering rack after [MENTION=46025]HokieRunner[/MENTION] and I tried to do mine but couldn't disconnect the shaft due to rust. After hours of heat, BFH, PB and all types of prying, it wasn't going to happen. Discovered the inner tie rods were shot, and the rack is weirdly misaligned. Something bizarre is going on with it...
