5706V I paid $300 installed. Was a hell of a deal. My friend installed it. He installs professionally here locally. Can't beat that.

I'll make a post in my build thread later but it's a viper 5706V alarm and remote start. It's the newer model of the 5704 that everyone loves. So far I really like it and the fob is way thinner than last years. Doesn't feel huge in my pocket.

Momo before I even got it to Line-X I tore it open and had to look at it. The fabrication was absolutley amazing! Excited to get this fully mounted in time for hunting season as well as for when the RTT comes in!:zoom:

had gray plastidip on my wheels before..got my hands on black and sprayed 1 coat on a wheel...now am confused which is better?............
the black looks better to me..maybe cos its fresh and glossy, but i hv bought clear coat which i intend to apply on the gray to make it glossy too.
so to cut to the chase.....which is better?

Ordered some neo LED's to fix my hvac burnt out bulbs this coming week...
Rotated the tires on my wife's 4Runner...

New tires and sort-of-new wheels...
Well, I had the FJC black steel wheels for a while but took them off and sold the MT's. Figured I'd wait until the Cooper Discoverer M+S tires (that were on the 4runner when I bought it) were worn out and then I'd get all new tires. In the meantime, I also decided I didn't like the "all black" look of the FCJ steelies so I painted them gray.
Well, my Coopers have been getting more and more worn and I noticed a few weeks back that I was down to the wear bars so this morning I finally got new tires and had them mounted on my newly-painted FJC steelies.
Sorry for the crappy phone pics, but here they are:
I went back and forth on the tires but finally decided to "buy the best and cry once" so I got BFG AT KO's in 265/75/17.

I like the way the gray wheels look. Utilitarian but still kind of unique.

Would love to see them in white on that red runner...
Nothing wrong with the gray, I'm just remembering fondly some old red trucks with white wheels.
