Finally took off the running boards and bug deflector, and plastidipped for the first time!

I also removed my running boards today. Wow what a difference! Also trimmed my fenders a bit to remedy some of the rubbing issues with the new wheels.

Decided against Jamboree this year so we did the Ozark mountains for the past few days camping, fishing, and kayaking. Love this car! 18 mpg with the boatdrag and all the weight in the back. No complaints!

Just got my new White knuckle offroad sliders

And just got my new 34s 305/70r17 Kevlars so just test fit them on flex and trim what it gotta be trim

And just make a seal change under that great sun..tired of being in the garage

Holy heck thats high for a 4th gen. You got any rubbing? Might have to go from my 32 inch mtr's to some 34's when it's time for new tires :hungry:

Installed my Uniden 510xl cb today. I took pics of the speaker location but forgot to take some of the cb! Doh!

The speaker mount was a perfect fit.

What kind of kayak is that. I have a tarpon 120. After a 5 mile paddle of ocean fishing. Its hard for me to lift the boat ant toss it on the roof. I wanted to put my rack back on for camping a couple weeks ago but fear the extra height would have cause my shoulders to noodle up.

I use to never use jackstands. because I felt the jack is secured. Once upon a time I decided to use a stand on a corner of my vehicle as a second measure. The car was completely raised with only the jack. I heard a creak and the car dropped about half a foot. My face was inches from underneath the motor. The jack fell over and the stand actually saved my face. :wave::nerd:

Im guessing due to his location he didn't have jack stands available, but I second the always use jack stands mentality. Worst case slide the tire under the lowest spot so if it falls it can only go so far.

Its a Wilderness Systems Aspire 105, their hybrid kayak. It has a drop down skeg and new this year a "waterproof" hatch. Handled ok this weekend on Class 3 raps but wouldnt go higher. (Didnt flip at least) Getting it on the roof safely is still a 2 person task. Hope to get a Hullavator eventually but $$$$.

I absolutely LOVE the white wheels.
Any more pics of this setup? What kind of wheels are those?

When my sport wheels finally disintegrate from the salt here in New England I'll be looking for something like what you have.

Thanks Eviele! Im loving the look as well! They are Stealth custom series f5's but they are a limited edition gloss white color. Not sure how many they made or if they will make any more.
