just napa calipers. had to do both sides. did one thinking the other side was going to be fine but turned out both sides were bad. would have done the 5th gen swap if i had known both front calipers were stuck

Got tires mounted and aligned. Also took running boards off. Hopefully my gf doesn't have too much trouble getting in the car.

Had some parts at my door when I got home. Thanks [MENTION=134502]JimInTN[/MENTION] for the quick shipment on the 2015 Tacoma knuckle! Also some moog inner and outer tie rod ends from RockAuto.

Installed Front Camera
Got a cheap camera off of amazon and figured I would test it on the front. If I like it, I'll order another one for the rear. Luckily my pioneer head unit supports 2 camera inputs! Also captured some wildlife aka my old dog. Install took longer than I expected but then again I had to take apart everything to get to my head unit for the thousandth time.
When I get a lift I'm hoping this might prove useful for seeing rocks and other obstacles on the trail directly in front of the wheels
I installed it just above my lightbar which is behind the lower grill

Installed lift - Bilstein 6112s and ICON springs in the rear (5160s coming tomorrow).
New OEM brake pads and Premium Centric rotars
re-booted CV axles

pre-lim numbers are showing i gained about 4" in the front and 3 3/8" in the rear! holy cow! i set the 6112s at the top notch and the ICON springs are supposed to be 2" lift. My suspension must have been extra saggy

275 70 17s or 255 75 17.
I'm currently running 265 70 17s. Do you think E rated tires are too stiff for a DD?

Sounds fantastic-post some pics when it's done. I'm curious about the firmness of E rated tires for a DD as well. I drive approximately 100 miles a day and don't want to waste money on the wrong tires this summer.

My E KO2s are unbelievable. The ride is incredibly smooth with the 6112s.
10 ply sidewall poor ride quality is overhyped BS.

Agreed that the ride doesn't suffer much if any at all. The extra weight to get rolling might take a hit on your fuel economy but then again lifting and upsizing aren't really in the interest of savings fuel.
Oh and to keep with the thread, I adjusted my ram mount width slightly to accommodate my new phone. Now to set it up exactly like my old phone and avoid as much change as possible....

Where do you have yours mounted? I'm toying with getting one that permanently affixes itself with screws. Any pics?

All RAM parts used: square base, short arm, diamond base on a spring loaded mount. This is the most solid I could make it since I wasn't happy with the shaky "no-drill" mounts. Carefully had to layout the location and went just next to one of the clips for one of the bolts. I just went from an HTC one m7 to an HTC 10. Other than the charger port wearing out I loved the old one so went with the new version.

How many pieces were replaced?

It took 6 months to get it here and what felt like too much pestering on my part to the dealership but it's done now!
Only the top part of the dash where it seams with the instruments and cluster...perfect match and the new car smell to boast!
