Thanks! No hoops, just low profile. Hope the steel looks as good as the cardboard! LOL I started welding the bumper today...hope to have a progress update tomorrow.

Did you put some sort of brace behind it or is that just levered on the plastic dash piece with 4 tiny screws?

I started mocking up the front bumper, and I took delivery of my LED light bar that will go in the bumper.

Did some 'splorin on New Years Day

Snow was much deeper for the rest of the trail, this pic was one of the clear areas.


Over Xmas I drove from Colorado to Wisconsin, when I got into Wisconsin the windchill was at a balmy -25 F. This picture is the definition of frigid.

I'm still a tad less that 99K, but when it get's there, will have put 3K on it. Not sure of the maintenance history, so will get an oil change and tire rotation.

Edited to take the "1' off the mileage!

Haaaaa....couldn't have gotten a better deal on it too!! Got the 'Ol family discount -- Father bought it brand new after I bought my '03 Sport, changed the oil RELIGIOUSLY - never got to 3000 miles each time, shit -- probably never drove over 65 mph!!! The thing is spotless!

Today I added a toytech 1" body lift, to add to my 3" suspension lift.
Not TOO difficult but eh. Wouldn't do it again for the minor difference in height.

HOWEVER, now I have my brake light in the dash that won't turn off.

Any suggestions???

Remove the body lift? :shrug:

More seriously, you could have strained a wheel speed sensor wire near your front UCA during the install though that would be an unlikely place to be near with a body lift and it might throw more signals than just the ABS light.

My other thought is that your truck might benefit from a zero point calibration; might look into trying it.

Yeah I have my abs and traction control etc lights on right now from when I did the suspension lift. So I'm aware I need to replace the wheel speed sensor. Although during the install, I had the sensor disconnected and reconnected after so not sure how that could have happened.

And the emergency brake light wasn't on at that time. That's a new thing that just happened with the body lift.

Zero point calibration? What? I'm not familiar with what that is.

Added some Amazon ARB Intensity knock offs. They are the 225w version. Insanely bright during initial tests. Going to the desert MLK weekend for the real test!
