BUT STOP! You're killing me. I ordered a Prinsu as part of the group buy, am going to run (unfortunately) my tire on the roof for awhile until I can find/afford a tire carrier I like. I love what [MENTION=130999]Inv4drZm[/MENTION] has, but I don't have the fab skills or equipment to make that happen.

I programmed radio stations, took off dealer license plate frames and dealer sticker.
Just joined the cult/club last night. Purchased a 2008 SR5 V6 and 4WD. It has 69,000 miles on it. Purchased from a Toyota dealer for $17,000. It was one owner female and all service was done at the same dealer I bought from. Within the past year, the dealer service records show: New Toyota battery, new Bridgestone Dueler tires (will just have to deal with it), 4 new stock rims with the new tires, front and rear brakes, and rear differential oil changed. It's in crazy good shape. Looking forward to being addicted to this forum. I previously had a 2010 Tacoma that I owned until 2014, so I know the mod bug will bite hard.

Jake, the guy who made my bumper and many others makes one similar. Thats who im buying mine from. Hes busy during the school year but still makes things. If you like what i put on mine, get in contact with him and get your own!

he's quite backed up. Up to 4 weeks lead time so far. From reading his other posts it looks like hes over worked at the moment.

Plus i dont like using that card

Yeah, I'm sure he is. I ordered the beginning of January and still no word on it being shipped. I'll contact him in a couple weeks if I don't hear anything as I gotta have it before I move. Glad he's getting good biz, he has a solid rack from what I can tell.

Battery time!

Went to crank up my 4Runner today, and was very sluggish / slow turning over. Did my due diligence, and decided on a Super Start Platinum 34RPLT (Re-branded Deka 9A34R).

Hoping to get as good service from this unit as everyone else has said they have gotten. Too bad Optima quality has gone down the tubes since they moved production to Mehico. Their Red Top used to be my go-to - had them in other vehicles, but shied away due to the terrible ratings they get these days.

Finally finished spraying all my emblems in gunmetal to match the wheels. Also, popped my Kenny Powers sticker on there to let MFers know that I mean business. Personalized plates coming soon. Haha

Just heard that my Gobi stealth rack should be coming in next week!!

Finally got to install the gibson exhaust. Can feel a rumble inside the 4runner when driving. Not to sure how i feel about that now.

Take it to a muffler shop. It was $50 to get the resonator cut off and a 90° end welded on. The resonator does next to nothing on the V6. As an added benefit, you get a lot less exhaust in the cabin when you roll the rear window down.

Any issues with CA regulations on that?

I used a few coats of pastidip on my first emblem before painting... Wasn't sure if I'd like it. But.. I do.

So the rest, I sanded down a little bit then sprayed with this: (color is hwp 102 graphite)
