I'd actually get rid of that whole bottom section. We sleep on a 4" mattress, 1.5 and 2.5 of high density then memory foam. It's not like being at home but it's not bad.

12 hrs by myself taking my time. Lots of little battles to overcome but doable with the right tools. I had jigged up some old stock headers and had a friend weld pipe and flanges onto my new ones so they bolted up perfectly to the stock y pipes.

I would be interested in hearing how the headers affect your MPG, for better or worst, once you get any and all install bugs worked out!!

Hoping for an increase in economy so that they can pay for themselves over the next 30k miles! [emoji23] Definitely tracking this though once I'm happy with a solid leak free install.
I didn't think to record a before and after sounds crappy with my leaks. Cleaned up some of that today but still not happy with it. It's a little louder but sounds and feels smoother and butt dyno says it was a good investment too. I wanted it a little louder than just what my flowmaster 50 series did (fairly quiet muffler) so should be perfect.

Fun weekend of installs and maintenance. Installed Icon 2.5's with remote reservoirs and 3" Overland springs, Front Range Off-road rear links, Toytec rear bump stop kit and finally replaced the rear quarter window that got busted out. Maintenance- Rebooted both front axles (inner and outer boots) after the screws that hold on the RCI LCA skids tore through both outer boots (plenty of clearance when level, but when flexed out they dig right in) and cleaned up my TC UCA's.
Don't understand why more people don't reboot their axles. 35 bucks for the OEM kit and they are good as new. It can be a little messy, but why not use the money on another upgrade?
Notice how little wear there actually is-
I still need to adjust the coil overs, and also found that I need to do replace the lower ball joints and LCA bushings. Noticed that my pinion seal is leaking after the re-gear and lock last year so I ordered another one. And I've got an exhaust leak to deal with too. The RCI skids are all bent up so I'm going to have to see what I can do to build them up. My wife seems to think it has something to do with driving over big rocks, but I keep telling her it's just routine maintenance.

What kind of alignment numbers are you able to get with those TC UCAs? They holding up well? How long have you had them?

I did take an open header video last night screwing around getting the rest of the exhaust sealed back up. That was sweet, I'll figure out how to post it when I'm back on wi-fi.
