Yeah, my factory front and gas tank skids got a little more "use" than the typical soccer mom mall crawler duty :biggrin2: so it was time to upgrade.
FYI, I think MStudt is putting together another group buy for this spring ...

I'm a bit ashamed to say since I'll look like a nancyboy with my piddly problems compared to what some people go through - clamps missing on CV boots, snapped skidplate bolts, frozen plugs on the diffs, frozen brake caliper, framerails completely packed with dirt.
I'm concerned when I try to pull the swaybars to put the Boss lift on those bolts might snap since the threaded ends exposed in the framerails were covered with said dirt. I'll apply Kroil here there and everywhere for a few days and hope for the best.
I did manage to get the diff plugs out (except for the front diff drain, what a surprise). BTW, the 24mm hex transfer case plug fits in the front diff fill plug if anybody wants to swap out that crappy 10mm Allen. The front diff drain plug is a different animal and will always suck.
I siphoned out the front diff fluid and refilled, that front drain plug is in there for as long as I own this devil.
Good news is Autonation gave me a 90 day warranty and the frozen caliper is covered.

Got denied for the dash warranty.
That's not right, it's only going to crack more!!
I would try another dealer and or contact Toyota Corporate!!!

I don't see how that will necessarily crack more if he takes care of it? It's not like these new dashes are made differently than the old ones right? Take care of it by using a sunshade, cracking your windows when you park, ceramic window tint, using less crappy dash cleaning products.

The 2003 to 2005 dashes are cracking because Toyota changed the vinyl formula, same issue with other Toyota models which had replacements issued by Toyota, Toyota knows this was the cause of them cracking which is the reason after enough complains they issued the warranty enhancement programs for the various models affected, the new replacement dashes don't use the same vinyl formula as the original dashes.
Earlier and later models don't have the same issues because the formula is different.

Sleeping platform almost complete. Full size memory foam matress fits perfect! Plenty of room for us both.

Check engine light for O2 sensor, passanger side. Truck runs like crap, then it realises the o2 os bad and throws the CEL. Then runs ok but runs crazy rich. Like 40 miles in 1/4 tank of gas rich.
The worst part... it's seized in the manifold. Ordered new manifold and gaskets. Wanted DT, but decided I want it fixed quick and easy. Dont feel like hassling with the install/welding. Gunna be a fun weekend lol. $700 down the drain.
