So, you were able to do this with the case still on the truck ? Looks like a PITA.
Yeah I did it on the truck, it was a pain in the ass laying on the ground reaching up to do it. But it’s done and no no more leaks for now

New gas cap.
“Christmas Tree” came on again and I knew the gas cap was tight this time. (This has happened before).
New cap from Toyota and disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and I’m all clear again. Fingers crossed.
The infamous gas cap issue lol something I think we all here can relate too. Don’t forget the calibration if your abs lights come on.

Swapped out the interior lights for the LEDs, cleaned the intake and removed the hydrocarbon filter.
I wasn't really planning to remove the filter, but when I pulled the airbox off, I noticed a small tear in the corner and some of the charcoal had fallen out, I just helped it out the rest of the way.

Made a short trip over to Knoxville to have Sparky (not sure how to tag him) switch out my gauge cluster leds from orange to white. If you’re thinking about having this done, I highly recommend his work. Made a huge difference, this is how it should have come from the factory in my opinion. The needles are no longer orange, they’re like a reddish pink color since the backlight is now white, but I’ll probably paint them eventually. I was tired of the oem orange color. Still working bit by bit on everything else..
