What do these tires number mean?

I have purchased a Hercules Terra Trac SUV tire. On the receipt it says 265 7017 or maybe its 70/7. I am not sure. Can someone tell what it all means? Thanks in advance for your help :surfer:

that is the size of your tire. 265 is the width, 70 is the height (which is % of the width) and 17 is the wheel size…also is this a real thread?
