What do you guys use to keep stuff from sliding

around all creation in the back of your 4Runners? Is there a good compartment/mat thing? My groceries end up playing demolition derby in the back of my truck.

Lol. I'm driving Miss Daisy over here and stuff is still flying. There is like zero friction coefficient between kroger bags and the carpet back there.

I just ordered the factory cargo net from Toyota, glad I got the factory one, cuz it snaps in place at the bottom to the cargo holds as well as the top.(it also has a "Toyota" badge on it which always makes me feel warm inside) and it was only $23. I also have a weathertech floor mat and thought about getting their cargo organizer thing that's supposed to hold in place on the mat grid, but the cargo net does its job. Also, what Juppers said....

I have a Weathertech cargo liner and that does a pretty good job keeping things in place!

I tie my shopping bags closed. The plastic bags don't move around much on my weathertech liner, but the groceries inside want too. A tied up bag keeps them in place.

I keep the rear carpeted mat flipped over. Rubbery bottom helps keep thing from slipping around. Also keeps the carpet side clean ;-)

I've got a cargo net, weather tech liner, and D rings attached to the back of the seats. The D rings work perfectly for grocery bags and the weather tech mat keeps stuff from sliding around too much.

Doesn't apply to all, but if they are unoccupied car seats can hold a couple of bags of groceries (or a couple of 6-packs) quite securely. They are built to carry precious cargo after all

The rear cargo net is what I use most of the time. Another option is to fold the rear driver-side seat forward (just the seat, not the seat back) which will give you a pizza-box-sized area that bags won't slide out of.

I use the little hooky things to keep the kroger bags from flying around the back as I fly around town. Works great!

i use the back seat, cargo is filled with hunting and fishing stuff

I use my Yakima MegaWarrior bungee cover with the tie downs.

It keeps everything from sliding around. Currently I have a tent under there, an LED mechanic's light, jumper cables, a tarp, and a few other things. Works like a champ.

Incidentally, it also helps in a pinch with the MegaWarrior when you find a deal on rims and tires on Craigslist and you need to improvise.

i usually end up using a couple different rubbermaid tubs...they're usually already in there from always have all kinds of stuff in and out in my runner..works great

they sit on a piece of upside carpet that is rubberized
