I agree with you on this. Access to your fire extinguisher could mean the difference between a salvageable rig or a total loss. Here's mine, in the wasted space in front of my seat. Fire engine red.

Back on topic: Some of you guys pack a lot of stuff in that small cargo space. Pretty impressive.

I've got the small compartment. I bought my 4Runner a couple of months ago and was surprised when I opened it and found a pretty nice set of jumper cables, (4) Thule 9' load straps and some spare lightbulbs.

I keep a small air pump (Slime brand), a couple extra valve cores, and a First Aid kit I swiped from my VW TDI before it was bought back. Man, I thought I had mine stuffed tight, some of this stuff is incredible.

Are you also gonna have an annoying guy that comments on every little detail? I mean that's a very critical part of the film. He even speaks up when the girl is wowed by all of the modifications done to your 4Runner.
