Need all your input and advice.
Have a 2004 Limited V8, 70K miles, never had any serious issues. Just starts, runs, etc. Replaced the battery twice but otherwise, no issues.
So......Questions:
1. I have always used premium, no ethanol fuel. It has gotten VERY expensive. Is it OK to use regular in a V8? Don't care what the manual says, I want you guys, the experts input.
2. What other service do I need? I have looked all over the forum, but nothing concrete. Trans fluid seems to be a no big deal on this truck vs others, but nothing needed? I keep air cleaners replaced, etc, but what else should I be thinking of?
3. Tires last me about 25K miles. Nothing done to trans or differentials or whatever. Just street use now, no towing, or whatever, even though I have towed in the past. No off road use.
4. Dash has cracks, as do most all others per what I read. Nothing horrible yet, but several. Interesting enough, my wifes 04 Lexus RX330 has the same issues! Lexus, just like Toyota, says its age......., sun and heat, not under warranty.
