Their website contains no product to purchase. I recall a lot of interest, myself included, with the rear bumper w/swing away with promises for a big production released and pricing. It appears ODL bailed with a few of us offering solid commitment to purchase pending pricing. I've been away from the forum so there maybe news I missed.

Supposedly they were re doing the Web page, but they told me that some time ago now, so I'm not sure if it was true or if they just stopped producing.

I recall hearing, additional info is forthcoming regarding the website and rear bumper pricing a long long long time ago.

I understand ODL eagerness to solicit interest on a new rear bumper product, since many of us purchased their front bumper. I hope he mention something to the forum.

That is what [MENTION=23427]llennium[/MENTION] got from them back in April.
 
I talked to them a month or so ago when I was shopping for front bumpers and they said production was stopped due to issues with the entity that was producing and cutting their plate steel.

Not sure if they got that worked out or not but guess it could be effecting multiple product lines that use plate steel.

Give them a call and ask.

Sounds like a bunch of BS to me. There is no shortage of raw materials unless you are looking for something exotic like a few types of Titanium that are certified foundry-made in the US.
 
Over in one of their bumper threads there was some mention that they just basically closed up shop for now. Not sure why, and I was also looking forward to their rear bumper release.

Probably another casualty of the "recovering" economy.
 
I too tried to make contact with ODL and the reason for the post. California and the economy is tough on any business, however loyal customers are worth keeping in the loop, if a comeback is possible.

I was looking forward to getting an ODL front bumper...but they closed up before I could. Went with 4xinnovations, I really hope ODL opens up shop again before I decide to go with CBI. I really liked the way ODL bumpers looked.

Unfortunately I had to pull our bumpers off the website, its been a big fiasco due to production issues, and we are working to bringing them back up, but for now I don't have an ETA.

This is what I received on 6/24. I just hope they figure it all out soon.
 
Maybe they are doing this on purpose, scenario:
Take all products off line, make people wait and wonder. After the people have waited and wondered, it makes them want it. When they can't take that fact that its been gone so long that people begin to hope for it to return. The walah, the big reveal and people flood the gates and the company makes big bucks...only to be sued because a kid in an orange jacket dies. It's totally Cartman's way way of thinking.
 
I'm not seeking a front bumper but if I were I would choose their bumper even if it cost a little bit more then the average ARB bumper. After seeing it on 8sm's 4runner I was sold. Their rear bumper also looks cool with all the holes. I luckily own one of their CB mounts after purchasing it second hand. A work of art IMO.
 
yeah I was in for a rear w/ swingout purchase as well (pending pricing).
I already have there sliders, front bumper and antenna mount. Really dig what they were producing. If anyone hears they are back online let us all know!
