What hose line is this?

Hello!

Can someone let me know what hose line is circled in the image (not mine) below? I think it's the AC line, but just need confirmation b/c the hoses are cracking and I'd like to replace them soon.

Also, if anyone has replaced these hoses before, do i need to be concerned about losing any liquid?
