How much does it normally cost to tint windows?
Idk i think like 145 for the entire thing. It depends on the kind of tine the shop and how many windows.
145 for all windows?
HA! love it. Also a Euro fan? As am I. My other car is MK4 Jetta with some work.
Yup, came up on late 80's Audis and VW's. Currently have a B7 S4. I used to work at a local Euro dealer. One of these trucks came up for trade on a Land Rover Defender 90 and I tried to buy it before he traded it in and almost got fired for it. That was over 20 years ago and I finally got first one in May of this year.
Yeah to get all the windows tinted. Thats just a ball park figure for the shops around here. now to just buy them with the toyota stock tint is probably more from the junkyard. I hate the look of mismatched windows when people have stock and aftermarket tint because usually stock tint is slightly reflective.
Also a little bit of a Euro fan here. I have a 82 and 87 volvo and a 94 e36. My 82 is turboed intercooled and has a couple other goodies but not much yet. Im going to call it project "honda hater"
Never thought I'd find this type of common ground on a Toyota forum! I also had a '78 242 GT that I dropped in an intercooled 740 turbo engine with some ipd goodies. That thing FLEW and was a total sleeper. Kinda wish I still had it.
Sorry bout the thread jack OP
Yea I agree if I'm doing it I'm going all in.
