What is ruining the ignition switch?

I'll see if I can find some pics of the dash. I'd just go out and take some, but I still have it all taken apart. We got the firewall pretty much sealed, but can't get the front windshields or midgate sealed up. I have lost the initiative and am planning to sell it when I get the time to get it back together.
