What is this line?

The one on the top that is sagging a bit. While sanding my rear axle I hit it a couple of times with a drill/wire brush. It seemed to stretch but there is no play in either clip holding it. It's got to be an abs or speed sensor type line. Just a rubber tube is all

It's your ABS line. If you follow it to either rear wheel you'll notice it plugs right into your ABS sensor which is held in by a 10mm nut.

There should be two wires in it. Reference and signal out, I believe.
