Yep. Not on the 4Runner, yet. It looks like that is the one that makes the ADD system work. They are easy to test. Just take it off and blow in each end. One side will flow air and the other will not, if good. Put it back in the same orientation it was in. Air needs to flow towards the manifold. If you are having problems, make sure it is not in backwards.

If it is gunked up, a cheapo generic from NAPA will work fine. Just put the old one on the counter and hope for a counter-dude with an IQ over 60.
