I would have to say my yellow Hoen fog light bulbs and my Yakima loadwarrior basket.

As far as installing them, all you need is a screwdriver to remove two screws highlighted in green pictured here:
Once you remove the screw, the light housing is now only attached to the truck by the wires. It will probably take a little bit of prying to get the clear lens off of the light housing, it's attached by a rubber gasket, but the gasket on mine was stuck on there pretty good, but if you're careful and persistent, you'll get it off just fine. I used my fingernails for this, but if you're careful you could probably use anything from a debit card to a screwdriver to pry it apart if you wanted.
After that, just simply remove the old bulb, and carefully insert the new bulb (be sure to check polarity, the PIAA bulbs have to be installed sitting just right. If you get them in there backwards, the bulb won't light up, but it won't hurt it any, it will just need to be reversed to work, so be sure you wait to screw the lenses back on until you've tested them!

Thats so awesome! I am going to order them and do it! I want to do my interior as well! I was in a new acura the other day and all the interior lights were LEDS as well. I like that guy that did his instrument cluster in white. Looked good! I am going to go back and read the list of all the bulbs for the interior and order them all!

I put a cheap, dim red bulb in the driver's side map light. It allows me just enough light do stuff at night in the truck when night adapted vision needs to be preserved, ie., looking at maps and such while driving, changing lenses on my camera, people around with telescopes.
And if I need real light the passenger side is still white, then there is SureFire...

Best thing IMO, makes driving at night so much easier. Did you find an amber colored compass?

Another chep, easy mod that I love is the sunroof deflector. I put mine on a couple of weeks ago and can't believe how much more enjoyable it is to have the roof open. I use the sunroof much more than I used to.

My favorite mods are the ones that give the 4th gen 4R a more aggressive, "stock" look. I would love to eventually get a 3" lift with 285 tires, but I started modding my 4R a little more modestly. I wouldn't say these are "cheap" mods, but definitely affordable and inexpensive IMO.
1. leveling kit - usually around $100 bucks, maybe closer to $200 installed with having the alignment done if you have a shop do it. Still keeps a bit of a rake but not the bunny rabbit stance that it comes with from the factory.
2. Spidertrax wheel spacers - about $200 for parts, $50 for labor if you have a shop do it. Gives the 4R a more aggressive stance and fills out the fender flares. No difference in ride quality or handling.
3. 1" larger tires - not a "cheap" mod if you are scrapping perfectly good tires with plenty of tread left. However, if you need to replace your tires anyway, going up 1" has a marginal difference in the speedo reading and will only cost you about $20-$50 more per tire depending on brand, etc.
All of those mods together are not cheap, but I bit them off one mod at a time so I would consider it a cost effective way to change the look/stance of a 4th gen 4R.
The first mod I did to my 4R when it was under a week old, was to get the front windows tinted to match the rears. If you're only doing the fronts you can get it done for about $75-$100 from most shops.
Another good mod if you live anywhere where it snows and/or you do camping, 4-wheel'n, etc. is to get a good set of rubber floor mats or floor liners. Usually around $50-$200 depending on brand, style, etc.
I'm also with Falls with putting the limited grill on the '06 and up 4th gens to match the exterior color. Under $200 and you can easily swap it out in about 15 minutes.
As far as super cheap/free mods, I'm a big fan of the electrical mods that others have mentioned here. I think the next one I would like to do is always on power to the auxiliary power outlets and the always on window controls.
Alright, after rereading my post, I should have just said "read my sig".

I Don't know if this is consider a Mod but it is one of the best things a could have buy for my vehicle for long trips.... for $50 I got this thing and I Can charge the Ipod and cellphones, use the Laptop at the same time and charge it with the regular wall cord ....it has a USB...etc..I mean... I just Love it!... it really worth the money.

The first thing I did was buy four regular wheel lugs and threw out the locking ones. I remove my wheels too much to bother the key.
Then I hid the valet key under the vehicle
Then I did the Map Light Mod to flood the interior of the vehicle when I open the doors
Then I de-badge her and removed the cross-bars

it depends on what a person thinks is inexpensive, under 50, under 200? for me it was the footwell light, glovebox light mod & led inteior bulb upgrades( cost 125-150) our vec. should have come from the factory with at least footwell lights & brighter bulbs, ya know, for us old guys who have trouble seeing in the dark. 2nd would be the volant cai mods with hiflo MAF, (150)
