What kind of transmission fluid do I require?

I've looked high and low.. mostly high. ;] But I can't find the answer- not here, not google. :[

I have a 1990 SR5 4x4 automatic. I know it requires a certain weight, but I am unaware of what my baby requires. Anyone?
