What OBDII reader are you using with Torque?

Reading on the official Torque site, https://amzn.com/B00FQJWFXA seems to be the most popular choice under $50. Can anyone confirm this will work on my 02?

This is my current one: https://amzn.com/B01C6CZ0SQ and it reads all the KIA sensors, but cannot read anything from my 4Runner. (although indicates it is connected to it) A cheap wired code reader works fine but only gives error codes, I need to use Torque to see what my lean/rich percentages are to troubleshoot something.

Along with the reader, I highly suggest getting this OBDII extension with shut off switch so you don't have to pull your reader out every time. The reader will continue to pull a power draw even with the ignition off so if you let it sit long enough, it could drain your battery.

I used velcro to affix the reader in the bottom tray under the cigarette lighter and ziptied the extra cable under the dash. I also wrote "on and off" with a sharpie. Other than the benefit of being able to keep the reader connected without worrying about draining the battery, I like that the reader is no longer near my right foot when I'm using the accelerator pedal. I've accidentally bumped it a few times with my foot but not hard enough to break anything. Now that it's out of the way, I don't have to worry about that either anymore. A final benefit is because the OBDII port faces downward, gravity is working against you. On a bumpy fire road, my reader actually fell out but I no longer have this issue anymore.

That's the same one I have had since 2013. Works fine.
You saved me searching my orders, Amazon told me it's the one I bought.

I've used two of the ELM27 style. They don't last banging around in the glove box. I gave up and bought a Scangauge.

Pulled the trigger on this one https://amzn.com/B005NLQAHS. $21.99 with free 2 day Prime shipping. I already emailed the manufacturer to make SURE it will work with my truck and Torque.

Yeah I was looking for a under $50 solution, ScanGauge is obviously better, but doesn't fit into my budget.

Does anyone else's only read temp in 1.8 increments?
Mine goes from 194 to 195.8 for example.

Does it? Can it graph the output of an O2 Sensor like Torque? Honest question, I'd like to know.

If you're talking torque, No. Mine reads in 1/10 degrees for engine and trans. Maybe a setting has it doing that on yours? :cowboy:

Thanks, I've checked all the settings. Just wondering if it could be the cheap $12 adapter I'm using. Might order a new one and see if it changes.
