What phobias do you have?

Never liked 'talking dolls' or the big life size ones in people's living rooms. just me, i guess

those things creep me out too man! reminds me of halloween when 2 of my friends sit at their front door pretending to be decorations...when people arrive for the party, they scare the $*** out of them haha

You know what also creeps me out are those pictures of Jesus Christ that stare at you no matter where you move around the room. He just keeps looking at you. Kinda creepy. I come from a very religious Filipino family and there is a room in my grandmother's house full of those portraits and statues of Christ and the Virgin Mary. It is really creepy at night because you think they will all come to life or start talking to you. That or the pictures start moving or changing.

There is something about that Snuggles bear that freaks me out. I don't know what it is, but I think it's out to get me or something.

Snakes !! Even the little one's like grass snakes.

I see some horrific things in my life on a pretty regular basis and it doesn't bother me , but let me see a grass snake in the back 40 of my property and I run like a school girl.

A few months ago my wife found a baby gopher snake in the back of our 90 4Runner. Yeah, she freaked. I don't mind the babies, the big ones can be aggressive and scary.

I hate three main things.

I am afraid of onions ( I will never eat one, even for a hundred thousand dollars there is NO way you could willingly get me to eat one, the taste and texture makes me want to chop my tongue off so I never have to eat such an awful, disgusting thing ever again in my life.)

I hate clowns, mostly because of "It". That movie scared the living shit out of me when I saw it. I stand by Demitri Martin's policy about clowns: Circus- annoying, Birthday- sad, One that is just around- creepy. But one that is injured...that is funny.

Thirdly, I freaking hate bridges. I hate looking at them, I hate talking about them, and most of all I hate going over them or under them. They just freak the hell out of me, probably from hearing about so many bridges collapsing and seeing that one really famous video of that bridge that was so flexible.

For me it's jigsaw from the movie Saw. LOL only kidding. Spiders, and not all of them. Just the big furry ones with fangs! Oh yeah, there's one more thing; I never ate eggs until a couple of weeks ago. I know that's wierd, but I was sickly disguisted by the look, smell and texture of them. I'm still not a huge fan of them:nono:

I guess it isn't any easier knowing that they come out of a chicken's rear end. May not be the @ss per se, but close enough. Ok, I'm not helping matters.

Chickens, as well as other birds, have a common opening for reproduction, and for the evacuation of stools and urine. This opening is called the "vent". They do not have a bladder because their urine is not a fluid. It is a white paste, called urates, that you can observe surrounding the droppings. The intestine, ureters and oviduct come together into a common chamber called the cloaca. This is a rather dirty place, whereas the egg is always clean and almost sterile when laid.

The hen turns part of the cloaca and the last segment of the oviduct inside out, "like a glove." The described red membrane is then everted inside of these organs. The egg emerges far outside, at the end of the bulge. So it cannot contact the walls of the cloaca and get contaminated by stools or urine. Moreover, the intestine and inner part of the cloaca are kept shut by the emerging egg, and their contents cannot leave when the hen strains to deliver the egg. Therefore, eggs are always clean as they are laid.

lol Eeewyah! That's it, I'm giving up eggs.

Thats kinda nasty, but there is no way that is keeping me from ordering an Eggwhich when I get back to Virginia. Chesapeake Bagel Bakery kicks ass!

I'm afraid of bees. I don't know why because I've never been stung, and I'm not afraid of snakes, spiders, rodents, etc. Something about bees freaks me out.

And, because I'm Lebanese and grew up eating that delicious chow, I can't stand "hippie humus". The stuff is absolutely awful! Hippies have no idea how to make good hummus, tabuli, or filafil (sp?), AT ALL. Just looking at that overly thick hippie hummus being invaded by organic corn tortilla chips and ingested by crazies with dreads and vegan diets freaks me out and makes me want to run to the hills. Put some tahini in it, PLEASE!!! And next time you make tabuli, remove the stems from the parsley. The texture just isn't right! (That was in case any of you work for a co-op, especially in the deli).

Ok, sorry for the stupid, pointless vent about bees and hippies, two of God's beautiful creatures.
