Then I'd probably skip the skids and go with sliders if you need the protection or step. Then just do any cosmetic or lighting stuff. No point on loading your 4runner up with steel if it's just going to hit a mud hole once or twice a year. Projectors looks sweet, but most importantly perform unbelievably better than stock. Not sure if the wiring comment was in regards to projectors, but they are super simple to wire. Takes 10 min tops, so don't let that scare you away. Tundra brakes aren't necessary, but if you need brakes go for it. Rain guards and tint are cheap, so go for that in the mean time.
