For $40 you can get a daystar 1.5" rear spacer and replace the 2" you currently have. This would be the easiest, cheapest, and safest option imo.

thinking about jus replacing the front shocks w bilstein 5100's im willing to pay that much...that way i replace the shocks...get the rake out..and have a somewhat better ride...wheelers have em for 170$...that wud work correct??

The 5100s are a nice upgrade but they absolutely will not do what you're wanting. The 5100s are adjustable up to 2.5". The lowest lift setting is .85", and it isn't a good idea to combine this with the 3" spacer. So either way it won't be more lift than you currently have. You really shouldn't go over 3" lift in the front.
