What was your first mod/alteration after buying your 4R?

Suspension lift. Couldn't stand the soft feeling front end after coming from a lifted FJ. Cooper st maxx tires and JBA UCAs were next.

Diff breather mod. Was a good move because I encounter water deep enough to be a problem without even leaving the city (New Orleans) from time to time.

My first mods were:

Fabric sealant interior roof and floors
Husky Liners front, rear, and trunk
Led interior, cree led reverse lights.
55w 6000k xenon hids with custom Relay harness 14awg low beam
Xpel 50% front windows 5% rear windows and windshield Sunband
Suntek full Hood protection
Added 360mm Broadway curved rearview mirror
Added TRD badge on roof rails and center console

Put on my Nexen Winspike Studded 265/70/17 winter tires because I picked up my truck during winter.

Wheels and tires first, Icon suspension in the next couple of days. This is going to get bumpers/rack/sliders, all of it... but lift and tires had to come first.

Plasti dipped badges, while I searched for some 2017 OR take-offs (that was next) I think I'm unique installing them on an SR5, but I love the classic look of those rims

1. Maxpider 3D floor mats - Highly recommend these over Weathertech or Husky.
2. TRD black wheels and Bridgestone Revo 3’s
3. LED interior lights

I've got the Maxpider's in my Ranger and the Husky's in the 4Runner. I definitely prefer the Husky's.

The plastic bit that good around the floor pin on my Maxpiders broke pretty much right away and now water can get down to the carpet. I also like the ridges on the Husky liners because they keep water away from the pins and they keep your pants/feet out of a puddle in the winter.
