What wheel is this (whose 4R is this - H.B., CA)?

Cruising down the street a couple of weekends ago in Huntington Beach, CA, and I see this nice 4Runner sitting in a church parking lot (St. Bonaventures) so I pull in to give it the once over. Then I notice the ICON suspension and the wheels...I like the wheels although center caps might ruin the look (not sure if these were designed to run with center caps).

Anyone know which these are, or who this 4R belongs too?
