What wheels are these??

Can someone please help me confirm the name/model of these wheels? I plan on getting 255/85/16 tires when my current ones wear out and I want to be sure that these wheels will work, or have time to aquire new wheels should these prove to be too wide...

BFGoodrich says that 255/85/16 tires will fit on a wheel width ranging from 6.5"-8".

I believe my current wheels are 9" wide but as there are no dimension identifiers that I can find, I am look for help. These are pics I just took 5 mins ago.

currently have 285/75/16 tires.

hub caps are "Devino Road Concepts". no size, no numbers, nothing.

where I had the tape measure on the inward side of the wheel, while measuring on the outside.

like I said before, they look like they are 9" wide, but Im not sure weather or not to account for the wheel lip thickness....

so are they 8" or 9" wide???

I am asking now because some Toyota wheels popped up on craigslist cheap, and I will buy them next week if my current ones are too big.

They look like Eagle Alloy 185 wheels. I’m guessing the hub caps were modified with a performance shop’s name or something. This thread on Tacoma World says they’re 16x8 but who knows, maybe they were made in a 16x9 also.

Remove one of the wheels from your rig and look at the inside surface of the spokes. All of the specs will be stamped on the inside of the wheel spokes... diameter, width, and offset. The offset (which you can easily translate into backspacing using an online calculator) will be shown as ET followed by a number, which is the offset (+ or -) in mm.

Also, if the wheel measures 9" across from the outside edge of each lip, then it is an 8" wheel. The width measurement on a wheel does not include the lip thickness, which usually adds one inch. A 7" wheel will measure 8 across, an 8" wheel 9 across, etc.
