I'm sure it'll vary across the country. Around here it would be lower than other places, $12k to $13k from a dealer maybe. A little less from a private party. Bonus points for the post 2006 model year and V8. Lose points for the mileage. The modifications would either detract from the price or not have an impact. Around here people don't trust vehicles with modifications because so many of them were done poorly.

Po-dunk Missouri will probably be the low point in the price spectrum.
 
I'd look at comparable vehicles in your area. Craigslist, Autotrader, Carmax, and then figure it out from there. Add a few hundred for the mods.
 
If it helps I would much rather have your 4Runner than mine. We payed like 20k for an 08 stock limited V8 AWD with half the mileage. Just find someone who knows what they want. Just don't sell it to a grocery-getter. That beast is too good to never see a trail again. I would guess like 13k or so just make sure whoever buys it knows what you've done in which case you can justify a higher price.
