What's the difference between upper control arms from multiple models??

Mine's a 2.7l Hilux Surf

So far, I can see the following part numbers for the rear UCAs:

48710-35020 - JDM 2.7l Surf (mine)

48710-35030 - All 2WD Surf / 4Runners, Landcruiser 90 (Prado / Colorado)

48710-35040 - 3.0 diesel Surfs, 3.4l V6 Surfs, all 4WD 4Runners

I can't get hold of the originals for my truck (48710-35020), so I was wondering at getting one of the other two part numbers. Does anyone know what the difference is between them?

I can speculate for myself, so I'd be glad to hear from anyone who has compared the 2WD / 4WD UCAs against one another.

Thanks

I remembered reading this thread a while ago. They say the 2wd arms are a little bit shorter than the 4wd arms.

Thanks very much!

I wonder if anyone who has loose 4WD UCAs could do me a huge favour, and measure them sleeve to sleeve.

As my UCAs seem unique to my (very rare) model, I'm starting to worry...

I guess in the worst case I could put new bushes in mine, but it looks like a real PITA and mine are rusty as hell.

Thanks
