What's the Lowest mileage third gen on T4r

Just curious... We have some high mileage threads out there, but what about the low mileage trucks?? I keep seeing people buying rigs that have 170k plus miles... I'm at 137k I'm sure that's not the lowest on here, but sounds like it must be on the lower side of average for sure (hasn't been my DD for a couple years now).

So who has the lowest mileage??

Bought mine with 99k 2 years ago, currently sitting at 120k. Reason for the low mileage is simple: the truck was basically unused in a garage from 2000-2012, only taken out in the summer for short drives to warm up fluids. Before that it saw a lot of highway miles with it's original owner, a engineer at John Deere (who retired in 2000). Every day I'm thankful that a) it was Ziebarted when new, and b) that it missed 12 winters of salted roads!

I would consider both my 4runners to have high mileage. My 99 Limited is at 197k miles and 99 Highlander is at 225k miles with the original timing belt. Both run really great minus the highlander is pretty noisy because of old belts but thats about to all get changed soon. I also have a 2005 civic that I normally DD but lately I have been driving the Limited because it runs and drives so smooth. In the future I wouldn't mind having a really low mileage 3rd gen but that's way in the future because I am perfectly happy with my current ones.

IMO, refrain from posting if you have over 120k. Even 140k is lower than average but still nothing "low".

I have a 1996 with 118k but I have definitely seen lower.

96k on my 97. original owner brought it down here and only used it a few times a year. Don't put more than 5k a year myself

Hahaha at that price! They will never even get close to that. I have no problem paying a little more for a low mileage clean 4runner but what they want is just ridiculous.

No brainer, just buy a 4th gen. Hell you could buy a 100 series LandCruiser for half that much in good shape with lower miles, maybe not 16k but still!
