ok so i have another thing i cant figure out what it is.

Inside the driver wheel well in the front there is a round canister with 1 hose running off the top of it. What is that think and whats it used for?

Think of it this way - it makes it so you don't have to get out of your car to lock/unlock your hubs every time you decide to shift in/out of 4wd... but you don't have manual hubs, you have an ADD. Automatic diff disconnect.
