Whats up with the double click to go back??

Running IE6 both at work and home. No dbl click issue at work but have issue at home. Work filters out the google ads.

It's fixed! Using IE7 on my laptop right now and no double-click!

SCRATCH THAT.... but i do notice the same thing Sharp noticed.
It only happens on threads that have a broken advertsing link at the bottom. Threads that show all the advertising links work correctly.

Didn't have to doubleclick on that one. I manually navigated to that thread and hit back and I went to the classifieds forum with one click.. I'm sure it's happening, just not to me for some reason.

Figures.... today when i go back to the link I posted the advertisment at the bottom is not broken and no double-click to go back. Guess there is one bad ad banner that when it hits, manifests the double-click. Either way i can live with it.

works good, using Mac and Firefox.

I receive no problems with my Mac....


But it must be a windows related thing... all my Windows computers its like this... Stupid Windows.

Resurrecting an old issue.
Noticed this is back but only when not logged in. There must be a broken link in all those ads (which, BTW, are annoying.)

It might be an IE problem. I'm using Safari on Vista with no problems.

Single click working OK on Vista IE8 and XP IE7.

Just to update after experimenting on several computers.
Like others have said, it must be Windows and IE related.
Double click "back" because I get the "googleleads" using XP or older & IE6 or older while NOT logged in (I can only browse the site but not log in at work due to the firewall settings.)
Single click is OK with XP & IE7, Vista & IE7 and 8 at home.
