'04 SR5 V6 bought Sept 30, 2004
currently 11,248 miles
average MPG according to the spreadsheet for all miles accumulated: 19.4 (60% highway, 39% city, 1% off-road)

Only issue in the first 11k miles: replaced faulty post-cat O2 sensor

Purchased 01 May 2004 with 31 miles on the odometer.

My 4Runner now has 11,492 miles on the odometer. 8K miles for cross country trip otherwise, it's used mostly for weekend trips as I have a beater to drive to the dusty lot at my workplace.

I would estimate my mileage to be around 20 mpg via the onboard computer but actually 18.5 mpg hand caculation by odometer/gallons used.

Remember, I have the '04 V-6 with the 4 spd tranny. Those of you with the '05 trannies should be getting 1-1.5 mpg better because of the 5 spd trans!

Bought it Apr 04. Flipping 40k miles this week. No problems to speak of. get around 19-20MPG trip computer, 18-19MPG calculated.

Well it has been a little over a year since my original post and I am at almost 60k now.
