2004 SR5 V8

After 140 mile test drive I purchased it the Saturday after Thanksgiving in November of 2004.

WTH, the dealer filled the fuel tank and told me to take it on an "extended test drive" and just return it in 24 hours.
BTW, before I purchased it they washed, waxed and detailed it. They also filled the fuel tank again.

Current mileage is 12,700 miles.

So far, no problems what-so-ever, not even the drivetrain "clunk".

Bought 2/19/06 with 1 mile, 530 now. I have a beater for my daily driver. Can't wait til winter comes around and to go snowboarding with it, just a few more months.

No problems with it other than weird spots (due to condensation in the saran wrap used for shipping) in the paint that looked like water spots, which went away as dealer said it would. The other is the flickering HVAC/clock/mileage display.

530 miles in 7 months?!?! This is a 4Runner, not a Ferrari or some other limited-production vehicle. It's going to depreciate nearly as fast whether you drive it or not.

I bought my 2006 4Runner new on 3/25/2006 with 5400 miles on it (it was a demo). It has 38k (updated 10/5/2007) miles on it as of a couple of days ago. We've taken it on multiple trips to Nashville, Cincinnati, and several trips to Kansas from our home in Atlanta, GA. I bought it for trips and as my daily driver.

I have a 2003 V8 4Runner SR5 with 64,000k so far. I purchased it in June of 03' and is my daily ride. My wife has a 2005 Avalon XLS which is also used for her daily work and errands. No major repairs so far,(Thank God!).

February. Got it right off the truck, 0 miles!

Front bumper needs replacing due to some old guy not yielding and then driving away, but I caught him, have yet to get it replaced. Few minor scratches, and some gashes near hitch due to trailer moving and going forward.

Alot of rock chips that needs to be filled soon, anyone no anything good to do?
