I will add thought that with 305s, 3in lift, front bumper, and so on you shouldnt expect that much more. Again search for options to help you out.

Supercharge helps with mpg does it not? Keeps truck at lower rpms then stock at same speed.

My 4runner is stock for now and I have been getting 18.5mpg in town.

2002 Limited, 265/75-16s (C-rated Coopers @ 40 psi), ARB bumper/Warn M8000 winch, OME 883/LC 7 7/8, custom rear bumper with tire carrier, 200 lbs. of junk in the back. That's about 600 extra pounds. I average 18-18.5 MPH, about half city, half highway.

I was getting high low to mid 17s since I bought it. After buying heavier tires, I started to slow down a bit...trying to keep it between 2-2500 rpms...the last three fill-ups I've calculated between 18-18.5 mpgs. Thats empty, no aftermarket bumpers, and with a small lift and E-rated tires. And thats HW/City combined.

11 is outrageous. I got that when I was stock, but pulling a 6x10 fully loaded enclosed trailer in a wind storm...
Was this a sudden thing, or has it been this low for a while w/o any other issues (no CEL or loss in performance)? May want to get a scanner on it just to make sure there's nothing weird going on.

Who tuned your car after the supercharger? Sounds like its running WAY rich to be getting that low of MPG. My 550hp Supercharged Mustang GT gets 13 in the city and 23 highway. When it was stock it got 14 city and the same 23 highway. I don't think you should have dropped THAT much.

Those size tires and with the charger that is about right if its city and you have a lead foot which people get after the added power.
My guy I met at the dyno one day had a newer FJ cruiser with the more efficient motor and a the TRD supercharger. He averaged 11-14 city mileage. After he told me that I didnt want to supercharge mine and he talked me out of it since its my daily driver.

I believe a SC will worsen your MPG. If you want better gas mileage, go to a turbocharger. SCs add drag to the crankshaft even when you are not in boost. Whereas a turbo makes power more efficiently using the exhaust gases. The problem then becomes, how do you not race around town with a turbo and burn up more gas.
I'm getting 16.6 city bone stock, mostly short trips of 5 miles or less. I used to get 16 on my Ford V8 Exploder AWD. Its hard to believe a 6-banger can't do better than this. That said, it was getting 14.2 when I bought it 3 months ago. A tune-up helped get it up.

Yeah there are so many things that influence your mileage. Tires/pressures, gas, driving habits, condition of your oil, air filter, spark plugs, clogged cat, bad o2 sensor... etc.
Here in Canada(not sure about the US) we have a mandatory etest every 2 years which checks your exhaust... by checking your NOX, co2, etc you can check how well your engine is running, or get an idea of what's wrong.
Don't underestimate the power of fresh lube.

2001 SR5, 2x4 with a OME 3" with 890's & 883's. I went with General tire Grabber A/T2's 265/75R16's, set @ 50 psi. I drive between 100 to 110 miles. I average 20 mpg on the hwy & 15.8 on the streets. By the way my truck now has 231,000 miles on her & runs perfect ! I changed the rear end with synthetic Mobil1, & use high mileage Mobile1 synthetic. 4Runners are Awesome !

I was experiencing 11.5 mpg before I replaced my O2 sensor with 265 winter treads. Once I replaced the front, more expensive sensor, I got it up to a little over 15 mpg. I don't expect much more, I live in a very mountainous part of Pennsylvania.
