What's your T4Rs missing feature or annoyance??

True, but choosing what you want is different than saying it's not available. I'd love to have KDSS and a rear locker, but I didn't choose to get them.

Some of my interior parts are kinda cheap on my '16 SR5. From "chrome" chipping off from near the cupholders, to my steering wheel finish chipping, not sure if the vehicle is built cheap or if the previous owner rode it hard and hung it up dry

I noticed it was a grievance for a lot of you, but the 4Runner having a keyed ignition was one of the biggest selling points to me. I love that it's simple and older technology will never break or fail.
But since this is a missing features thread... I would agree that they should have put better lighting than halogens in the headlights/fog lights by now. If a Corolla coming down the road dang near blinds me, why is the 4runner still using yellow halogens??

I have a '70 Formula that will disagree with that statement. [emoji1787] But it is easier to work on for the most part.

Wish it was easier to turn the traction control off. So many missed opportunities to drift and for donuts in the snow.

I thought this is what's required to turn it off on the Trail:
"I've got a 2015 Trail and here's what I do to disable traction control fully, although ABS is still on.
1. Come to a complete stop.
2. Put it in 4 Hi
3. Press and hold the traction control off button.
4. Immediately the "Trac Off" light turns on. This means the power will not be cut away from you when the wheels start to spin. However the brakes will still engage to when you start sliding to keep you going straight.
5. If you hold the traction control off button for 5 seconds (while stopped and in 4 Hi) a second light turns on. This light looks like a vehicle slipping with "OFF" below it. Now the brakes will not kick in when you start going sideways and power will not be cut when the wheels spin.
6. Put it back into 2 wheel drive and have fun!"

So have you not had a keyed ignition go out on you? The old days I would have one key to get in the door and a different key to turn the ignition over.... LOL

Needed roofline vents for the 3rd row. But the biggest missedopportunity was the lack of rear window button on the key like previous gens.
