Just saw these on that IH8mud classifieds

FS: [CA] (5) 80 Series OEM 16s with center caps and lugs

What do you guys think those would look like on my rig?

They're LC80's but have been sandblasted and sprayed on with liner?

I would paint/powdercoat/whatever your current wheels black to match the ODL or go with those lc80s. Not too sure about the liner texture though....

Those look like poop imo. I don't think the bedliner look would go well with your 4runner. Sucks because ~ a month ago I saw 5 LC rims on craigslist for $200. I should have picked them up for someone, but didn't have the cash or garage space.

LC80 wheels are great with the wide flares. They will bring the wheel out to be almost flush. I got my 5 wheels for 200. I ended up painting them a graphite color. Just do a Google advanced search on Craigslist and I'm sure you can find some for sale.

Those center caps on the lx450 wheels aren't Lexus are they? you can change those with some toyota centercaps right?

If you're asking if you can interchange lexus 450 and lc80 centercaps, then yes, I believe they are the same

damn, after looking at pics i really like everything EXCEPT the rims i have now lolz.

But im torn between the lx450 rims and the LC80's haha. they both look good to me.

Other for sure. Lx450 over LC. But I'd shoot for a newer style wheel for suuure. I'm thinking gunmetal TRD's or painted and spaced FJ's of any style.

I've been thinking about this subject alot... Is there Any color 4runner that doesnt look good with charcoal wheels like fightman's?

Someone with photoshop skills should conduct a scientific charcoal wheel anylasis and share.

I guess I'm in the minority here, but I love stock 5stars on the 3rd gen. I'd put those on with a set of spacers. I like the look of stock anyway, though. My "mods" have included removing the running boards and throwing on a set of DuraTracs. As far as asthetics go, that's about all I'm gonna do. I think our 3rd gens are already looking like a classic and I don't want to mess with perfection too much. :thumb3:

Might just go with Spacers and run the stock 5stars and when I have the money I can hop on some LC80's or lx450 wheels.

yeah i like those the most but pretty expensive oem rim and hard to find used -__-" maybe those after my stock 5 stars come on haha.
