Yup, you can either grind the caliper down a little or just run a .25" spacer, I chose to grind the caliper a little.
Nope, you'll need a 3.75" backspace at least.
I don't about Texas but in some states its illegal for tires to stick out past the body. You dont want to run them in the rear if you plan on wheeling becuase they will push the tires out too far to stuff up into the wheel well, they'll end up hitting the quarter pannel. Is there any reason you want to run such a wide tire? The more tire you run the worse your gas mileage is going to be...
