Wheelers Offroad - BEWARE of return policy

Had they told me when I called the first time (just prior to 30-day return policy deadline) that they wouldn't bend on their return policy period, I wouldn't have been pissed off at them. Unfortunately, after I told them I was behind in getting the work done and that I may have a few parts to return, but it may be a few weeks before I can get to it, they agreed that if parts were new, unused, uninstalled, I could still return them for a refund (minus re-stocking fee). I said "great, thank you". So when I called again last week and they asked "who did I talk to?" and told me, "no, we can't do that", I got pissed off. I guess my fault for not writing down the name of the person when I called the first time, but basicly they are telling me they don't believe me. $65 is not a lot of money, but if you going to agree to do something for a customer, stick by it. This all I have left to say about the matter, but flame away. I'm a big boy, I can take it.

Good thing... because you didn't mention this before:

"they agreed that if parts were new, unused, uninstalled, I could still return them for a refund (minus re-stocking fee)"

Even though.... you still expected them to bend their policy for you.

You should have gotten it in writing if you wanted them to bend the rules for you. Still not their fault.

I spent $50 on their site last weekend mostly because of this thread. I don't even remember what I ordered.
