all this talk of canmping has me jonesing. still a couple weeks away from our onion valley trip.
we always bring reusable plates and cups and towels and utensils and nalgene water bottles. spend a few bucks at the army navy store and pick up some enamel plates, bowls, and a couple of mugs that can be reused whenever you camp. we keep a couple of old (clean) dish towels in our kit so we don't produce so much trash! just looking out. for the environment.

thanks! i will confirm with you whether i'm going either tomorrow or monday. just need to make sure with the wife that she didn't already fill in our social calendar (or that i forgot something).
it'll likely be just the dog and me at camp though.

Looks like the lady and i will be tagging along if thats okay? Not sure if we're camping or if theres room to camp but we will disperse if need be, its what we normally do any way.

for those of you that sleep in the car, do you guys have reflectix or something similar put up on the windows overnight? i'm still new to all this and the weather hasn't been cold enough to really require it but i've been told by a few friends who have done this for a while that i'll need it by winter.

Miah will never take an easy ...especially if it means I may have to sleep in my rig cause I luv my rig. But I know white mountain I will not make the second hill so there is no need for me to try cause I will until I make it even if that means taking all the thread off my new tires to do so. my last new set was that morning of white mountain and no need to strain someone else's rig to do so. I will meet on the other side like last time and go from there ....
