Limited14, when I picked up my 2013 TE it had little chirp (rub) on front of inner fender liners with stock tires. I realized that it was not defect but just poor design on insignificant part and never worried about since instead I installed plus size tires (285/70/17) without a lift and called it a day. Does it rub now? You bet, but because it is on cheap plastic and so slightly and rarely that liner still looks like new (no it didn't destroy itself or tires in last 3 years). Like I said earlier if you don't suspect frame damage, alignment or camber issues- don't worry about it because Toyota engineers designed that fender liner on Payday Friday Afternoon

. If it still bugs you, trimming the liner where it makes contact at full lock backing up will solve your non-issue. GL
