Agreed. But that's the trade off for the excellent price. If you can handle that then go for it. Otherwise maybe a used set off of the fj cruiser forum or Craigslist or you are looking are aftermarket.

Some people on here have gone with the 5th gen 4Runner springs, they are rated for a slightly heavier vehicle so it should add some lift. I am having mine installed on 5100s first weekend of december and will post pics and a write up when I do. the plan is as follows Option 1 and 2
Option 1:
5100's front set at .85" lift
5100's rear
2016 TE springs installed front and rear
Option 2
5100's front set at 1.75" Lift
5100's rear with a 1.5" Daystar spacer
2016 TE springs installed front and rear
The option 1 from my research should net a slight lift all around, so I am leaning towards doing this first and if it seems like the lift is sufficient i will keep it, I currently have 265/70R17's on the truck.
The option 2 would definitely add a lift but I don't want to lift it too much as i only really use the truck on road.

Actually been emailing with Mike at Dobinson this morning and just placed an order for the following:
1). C59-302 coils for the front (would give 2" of lift with those bilsteins at the lowest clip setting)
2). C59-599 for the rear (would be the ones to bring it up by 1").
I had also sent him photos of my cv axles and he told me there weren't too bad, but to keep an eye on them as when adding lift height, CVs will ride at a different angle and thus may start to wear fast or need replacing. Already looking into CVJ Axles for that.
do you guys mind stating what you are paying for the Dobsons shipped? the stock height or 2" front 1" rear were what I was looking at prior to the 5th gen springs.

wow thats a great deal, so 330 for a full set of springs, that is on par with the T11 T12 springs alot of folks are running.
