Wheels ??

I am thinking about getting Method wheels in either matte black or diamond cut clear finish. What do you guys think?

I was leaning on the matte black, but I have a black 2005 4runner. I thought that black on black might mute the style/ look of the truck. Whereas, the diamond cut would add some contrast.

I personally hate black wheels on black vehicles.

Go with the silver ones!

BTW, why is the center cap different? I like the smaller cap on the silver wheels more than the larger cap on the black wheels.

Those are supposed to be some really good wheels. I'm thinking about getting some of the silver ones when I get new tires.

Josh (HB 4x4) has the black ones on a black 4R and they look good, although his is so B.A. it would probably look good with any wheels. Dawg4Runner also has the black ones, but on a white 4r (also B.A.)


Doc, the reason the cap in the 1st pic is bigger is that the black wheel is for an 8 lug truck with a larger hub

Get the black ones no question about it! Black on black won't take away from the truck,IMHO. If you were trying to slam it, that would take away from it, HAHAH
